"I had to call my agent today because I was late paying the latest premium on our insurance policy. I spoke to Sharon Sorah who was very helpful in taking my payment, sending me new cards and ordering permanent cards. She also set me back to paper billing so I wouldn't have a problem again. We've been with this agency for over 25 years and service has been excellent. Thanks again Sharon!"
