"BEWARE of this place, we had a small fire in our home with lots of smoke damage. THEY Denied OUR CLAIM, and have NOT heard from ANYONE. I have visited the office twice, made 4 documented phone calls, called the adjuster 2 times. The owner is never in the office, family vacation? We have paid all our premiums, always on time. NEVER ANY PROBLEMS UNTIL WE FILED A CLAIM. I wish that I could find Jake from State farm, he is such a LIAR!!! Before this lady had the company, a man named Jim Cypress owned it. He would call us personally every couple of months, just to check on us. My wife has had a policy with them since 1974. This lady has NEVER CALLED US, and her office staff is bad about returning calls. We have adopted our 3 year old granddaughter, she is a special needs child. Cerebral palsy, she has been breathing in this smoke for months. We don't have the money to relocate or the $30,000 + to fix the problem. I have lots of life insurance, thank God it's not with State farm! PS... A Statefarm supervisor called, another person that has NO formal training . This lady stated smoke detectors don't activate all the time in smokey situations , she said she had a fire on her stove and the smoke detectors did not activate. Hope she doesn't have Statefarm insurance, she also said hers was the final word. I will try and explain this our 3 year old special needs granddaughter, JAKE, YOU LIED, STATEFARM IS NOT YOUR GOOD NEIGHBOR. SIGNED....SOON TO BE HOMELESS. I HAVE MANY YEARS IN THE FIRE SERVICE, AND FORMAL CERTIFICATIONS ,BUT YET WHEN YOU DEAL WITH STATEFARM THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT ABOUT DENIEING CLAIMS. THIS IS A SAD TIME."

"On Tuesday I called for a quote on a car, truck and home owner's policy. I had the pleasure of speaking with Lauren Rice.
